Nebraska High School Volleyball - Sandy Creek can't get by Sutton

Sutton Mustangs (Sutton, NE) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Sandy Creek Cougars (Fairfield, NE), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sutton advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to St. Paul (St. Paul, NE) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-1. St. Paul won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Ord (Ord, NE)

The Cougars now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Heartland for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 5. Sandy Creek will meet a Huskies team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Anselmo-Merna (Merna, NE). The Huskies record now stands at 0-5.
