University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Corning Cardinals (Corning, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, University Prep improves its record to 10-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Gridley (Gridley, CA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 0-6. Gridley lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA)

The Cardinals now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Orland for a challenge on Tuesday, October 7.
