Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA) and the host Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA), saw Swampscott's soccer squad knock off Saugus by a count of 2-0.

The Big Blue (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Marblehead (Marblehead, MA). The Magicians enter the Northeastern - Small battle with a 1-1 record.

The Sachems now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary's for a non-league match on Monday, September 8.
