The White County Warriors softball team scored 20 runs and held the host Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans to 4 in the Warriors league win on Wednesday.

The Warriors now sport a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Dawson County for a 3A Region 6 challenge on Thursday, September 4. White County will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 8-0 league win over North Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-4.

The Spartans (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against North Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Trojans go into the 3A Region 6 challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, North Hall achieved victory over Union County (Blairsville, GA), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
