Indiana High School Volleyball - Roncalli nudged by Cathedral

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Cathedral Fighting Irish volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Roncalli Royals.

The Fighting Irish (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Jeffersonville (Jeffersonville, IN). The Red Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Jeffersonville edged New Washington (New Washington, IN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Royals meet the Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles (Noblesville, IN) in a Circle City challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Roncalli will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN).
