The Mio HomeSchool volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Tawas Area Braves to 2 in the non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Whittemore-Prescott for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 3. Mio HomeSchool will play a Cardinals team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Tawas Area drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league game on Monday, September 8. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 2-4.
