In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mountain View Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Willamette Wolverines.

The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Corvallis (Corvallis, OR). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Corvallis beat Cleveland (Portland, OR), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines face the Franklin Quakers (Portland, OR) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 4. Willamette will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Quakers go into the test with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Liberty (Hillsboro, OR).
