California High School Volleyball - Valencia edged by Saugus

The Valencia Vikings volleyball squad (Valencia, CA), was edged 3-2 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA)

With the win, Saugus improves its record to 14-1 on the season. The Centurions travel to Pasadena (Pasadena, CA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Friday, September 5. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 7-4. Pasadena won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Duarte (Duarte, CA)

Next, the Vikings battle the West Ranch Wildcats (Valencia, CA) in a Foothill battle, on Monday, September 8. Valencia will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Golden Valley (Santa Clarita, CA).
