The South Lake Cavaliers volleyball team (St. Clair Shores, MI), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host New Haven Rockets (New Haven, MI)

The Rockets (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Shrine Catholic (Royal Oak, MI). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 14-3 record. In their last challenge, Shrine Catholic defeated Richard (Riverview, MI), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cavaliers encounter the Clawson Trojans (Clawson, MI) in a Macomb Area - Silver challenge, on Tuesday, October 12. South Lake will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
