Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Monte Del Sol Charter Dragons (Santa Fe, NM) in a A/3A District 3/4/5 challenge, on Saturday, October 1. Ruidoso will attempt to better on its 10-2 season record. The Dragons enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 4-1 league loss to Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM).
The now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hatch Valley for a A/3A District 3/4/5 challenge on Saturday, October 1. Academy for Technology and The Classics will confront a Bears team coming off a 4-1 league win over Monte Del Sol Charter (Santa Fe, NM). The Bears record now stands at 5-4.
