In Friday's non-league battle, the host Dexter Tigers soccer squad scored a close 2-0 triumph over the Foxcroft Academy Ponies.
The Tigers (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME). The Huskies come into the Class C - North battle with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, Maine Central Institute nudged Winslow (Winslow, ME), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
