The crowd at Friday's league test between the Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA) and the host Upper Merion Area Vikings (King of Prussia, PA), saw Upper Perkiomen's soccer squad get by Upper Merion Area by a count of 2-1.

The Indians now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Northwestern Lehigh for a non-league test on Saturday, October 1. Upper Perkiomen will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Wilson Area (Easton, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 15-0.

With the loss, Upper Merion Area drops to 5-6 on the season. The Vikings host Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA) to meet the Phantoms in a Pioneer test on Monday, October 3. The Phantoms come into the test with a record of 12-1. Phoenixville 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA)
