Texas High School Volleyball - Akins crushed by Anderson

The Anderson Trojans topped the visiting Akins Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's league test.

The Trojans now have a 20-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dripping Springs for a 6A Region IV District 26 test on Tuesday, October 4. Anderson will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Johnson (Buda, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 31-10.

The Eagles (5-25) will now prepare for their test against Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX). The Tigers enter the 6A Region IV District 26 test with a 31-10 record.
