With the win, East Islip upgrades its record to 4-6 on the year. The Redmen travel to Miller Place (Miller Place, NY) to face the Panthers in a non-league outing on Monday, October 3. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 3-8. Miller Place lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against East Hampton (East Hampton, NY)

The Sharks now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Sayville for a Section 11 A-6 outing on Monday, October 3. Eastport-South Manor will face a Golden Flashes squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Westhampton Beach (Westhampton Beach, NY). The Golden Flashes record now stands at 19-0.
