Texas High School Volleyball - Stevens tips Holmes

September 30, 2022: San Antonio, TX 78251

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Stevens Falcons (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Holmes Huskies (San Antonio, TX), saw Stevens's volleyball squad nip Holmes by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Stevens upgrades its record to 24-10 on the year. The Falcons travel to Jay (San Antonio, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 6A Region IV District 29 bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 9-19. Jay lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Warren (San Antonio, TX)

The Huskies now own a 13-19 record. They play next when they host Sotomayor for a 6A Region IV District 29 bout on Tuesday, October 4. Holmes will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Stevens (San Antonio, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-16.
