In Friday's league contest, the Mansfield Hornets (Mansfield, MA) volleyball squad nudged the host Stoughton Black Knights (Stoughton, MA), by a margin of 3-2.
Next up, the Hornets face the Franklin Panthers (Franklin, MA) in a Hockomock contest, on Monday, October 3. Mansfield will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 3-2 league loss to Attleboro (Attleboro, MA).
