The Half Hollow Hills East Thunderbirds (Dix Hills, NY) football routed the host Bellport Clippers (Brookhaven, NY), 38-6 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Thunderbirds face the Deer Park Falcons (Deer Park, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 7. Half Hollow Hills East will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Falcons enter the bout with a 4-0 record after their 27-26 league win over Centereach (Centereach, NY).
