In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Clovis Wildcats football squad scored a good 46-34 victory over the Artesia Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 5. Clovis will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Cavemen enter the match with a 3-0 record after their 15-7 non-league win over Goddard (Roswell, NM).
