The Hatch Valley Bears soccer team scored 7 points and limited the visiting Chaparral Lobos to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Bears face the Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM) in a A/3A District 3/4/5 contest, on Tuesday, October 3. Hatch Valley will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 6-4 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Robertson (Las Vegas, NM).
