With the win, Massaponax upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Panthers travel to Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, October 2. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Courtland won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against King George (King George, VA)

The Raiders now own a 12-2 record. They play next when they host Patrick Henry for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Atlee will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Armstrong (Richmond, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-5.
