Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Jersey Shore Bulldogs (Jersey Shore, PA), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians confront the Line Mountain Eagles (Herndon, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 2. Juniata will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 4-1 league loss to East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA).

The Bulldogs now possess a 3-11 record. They take the field next when they host Selinsgrove for a PIAA District IV-AAA challenge on Wednesday, October 4.
