The West Forsyth Wolverines softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Alpharetta Raiders to 2 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, West Forsyth moves its record to 11-13 on the year. The Wolverines host South Forsyth (Cumming, GA) to play the War Eagles in a 7A Region 6 game on Tuesday, October 3. The War Eagles come into the game with a record of 13-10. South Forsyth lost 7-4 in their recent non-league game against Archer (Lawrenceville, GA)

In their next game, the Raiders play the Centennial Knights (Roswell, GA) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 2. Alpharetta will attempt to move on its 4-12 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 9-15 record after their 6-2 league loss to Cambridge (Milton, GA).
