Park Hill Trojans (Kansas City, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Oak Grove Panthers (Oak Grove, MO), 5-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 11-13 record. They take the field next when they host Lee's Summit North for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 2. Park Hill will battle a Broncos squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Branson (Branson, MO). The Broncos record now stands at 14-17.

With the loss, Oak Grove falls to 16-6 on the campaign. The Panthers host Holden (Holden, MO) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, October 2. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 20-6. Holden won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lafayette County (Higginsville, MO)
