Iowa High School Volleyball - Northwest can't hold off Ankeny Centennial

September 30, 2023: Waukee, IA 50263

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Ankeny Centennial Jaguars volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Northwest Wolves .

The Jaguars (21-5) will now prepare for their battle against Des Moines Christian (Des Moines, IA). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 22-4 record. In their last battle, Des Moines Christian nudged Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Wolves encounter the Urbandale J-Hawks (Urbandale, IA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Northwest will attempt to advance on its 14-5 season record. The J-Hawks come into the battle with a 5-14 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Johnston (Johnston, IA).
