Louisiana High School Volleyball - East Ascension edged by Archbishop Chapelle

The Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks held off the host East Ascension Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Chipmunks now have a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sam Houston for a non-league test on Saturday, September 30. Archbishop Chapelle will confront a Broncos team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Chalmette (Chalmette, LA). The Broncos record now stands at 22-4.
The Spartans (14-15) will now prepare for their test against Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA). The Falcons enter the non-league test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, Benjamin Franklin was nudged by Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
