Red Oak Tigers (Red Oak, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Atlantic Trojans (Atlantic, IA), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA) in a Hawkeye Ten match, on Tuesday, October 3. Red Oak will attempt to advance on its 19-9 season record. The Titans come into the match with a 22-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA).
The Trojans (7-20) will now prepare for their game against Tri-Center (Neola, IA). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 14-6 record. In their last game, Tri-Center gained a win over Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
