The Bell County Bobcats held off the visiting Perry County Central Commodores volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bobcats now have a 23-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Owsley County for a non-league test on Saturday, September 30. Bell County will confront a Owls / Lady Owls team coming off a 3-1 league win over Powell County (Stanton, KY). The Owls / Lady Owls record now stands at 7-12.
The Commodores (17-10) will now prepare for their test against Claiborne (New Tazewell, TN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Claiborne held off Pineville (Pineville, KY), 3-1, in a non-league test.
