The Cornerstone Christian School Cougars held off the host Parkview Christian Patriots volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's league test.
The Cougars now have a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host College View Academy for a Frontier test on Monday, October 2. Cornerstone Christian School will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Heartland Christian (Council Bluffs, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-4.
The Patriots (5-11) will now prepare for their test against Omaha Nation (Macy, NE). The Chiefs enter the non-league test with a 14-2 record. In their last test, Omaha Nation held off Walthill (Walthill, NE), 2-0, in a non-league test.
