The Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN) volleyball overcame the host South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers (South Bend, IN), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Michigan City upgrades its record to 3-20 on the year. The Wolves travel to Chesterton (Chesterton, IN) to face the Trojans in a Duneland outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Trojans go into the outing with a record of 18-11. Chesterton lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Lake Central (St. John, IN)

The Trailblazers now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Community Baptist Christian for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. South Bend Career Academy will face a Cougar squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Cougar record now stands at 9-3.
