The Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica Seawolves held off the visiting Oakwood Owls volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Saturday's league test.

The Seawolves now have a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buckley for a Liberty test on Monday, October 2. Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica will confront a Griffins team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ). The Griffins record now stands at 6-5.

The Owls (5-14) will now prepare for their test against Archer School for Girls (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers enter the Liberty test with a 8-12 record. In their last test, Archer School for Girls was nudged by Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
