Nevada High School Volleyball - Pershing County over Silver Stage

Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) in a 2A Northern match, on Thursday, October 5. Pershing County will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Falcons come into the match with a 4-8 record after their 3-2 league win over Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV).

With the loss, Silver Stage drops to 1-13 on the campaign. The Nighthawks host North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA) to battle the Lakers in a 2A Northern match on Wednesday, October 4. The Lakers come into the match with a record of 17-2. North Tahoe won 3-0 in their recent league match against Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV)
