Kansas High School Volleyball - Wellsville nudged by Santa Fe Trail

The Santa Fe Trail Chargers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Wellsville Eagles to 1 in the Chargers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Chargers now possess a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pleasant Ridge for a non-league game on Saturday, September 30. Santa Fe Trail will meet a Rams team coming off a 2-0 league win over Atchison County (Effingham, KS). The Rams record now stands at 17-5.

The Eagles (4-20) will now prepare for their game against Eudora (Eudora, KS). The Cardinals enter the non-league game with a 14-8 record. In their last game, Eudora nipped Tonganoxie (Tonganoxie, KS), 2-1, in a league game.
