The West Central Valley Wildcats volleyball team (Stuart, IA), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting West Monona Spartans (Onawa, IA)

The Spartans (16-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingsley-Pierson (Kingsley, IA). The Panthers come into the Western Valley - North challenge with a 3-17 record. In their last challenge, Kingsley-Pierson went down by Westwood (Sloan, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Panorama Panthers (Panora, IA) in a West Central challenge, on Monday, October 16. West Central Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-21 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 4-17 record after their 3-2 league loss to Ogden (Ogden, IA).
