In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the James Island Trojans.

The Swamp Foxes (1-21) will now prepare for their challenge against Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Green Wave come into the challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Summerville was beaten by Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Fort Dorchester Patriots (North Charleston, SC) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 2. James Island will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 12-21 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Stratford (Goose Creek, SC).
