In their next game, the Pioneers face the Royal Highlanders (Simi Valley, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 2. Simi Valley will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Highlanders enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 13-12 non-league win over Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA).

The Seraphs (7-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Pacifica (Oxnard, CA). The Tritons enter the non-league challenge with a 0-13 record.
