California High School Flag Football - Villa Park loses to Yorba Linda

Yorba Linda Mustangs (Yorba Linda, CA) followers went home pleased Monday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the visiting Villa Park Spartans (Villa Park, CA), 21-13 in a league battle.

With the win, Yorba Linda advances its record to 7-4 on the season. The Mustangs host Canyon (Anaheim, CA) to encounter the Comanches in a battle on Wednesday, October 2. The Comanches go into the battle with a record of 11-2. Canyon won 27-12 in their recent league battle against El Modena (Orange, CA)

The Spartans now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Pacifica for a battle on Monday, October 7.
