Fans at Monday's league battle between the Bucksport Golden Bucks (Bucksport, ME) and the visiting Orono Riots (Orono, ME), saw Bucksport's soccer squad triumph over Orono by a score of 6-0.

The Golden Bucks (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME). The Huskies enter the Class C - North battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Maine Central Institute was overwhelmed by Winslow (Winslow, ME), 5-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Riots confront the Bangor Christian Patriots (Bangor, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Orono will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME).
