Wilcox RVT Wildcats (Meriden, CT) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Grasso Tech Eagles (Groton, CT), 7-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Wilcox RVT moves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Platt RVT (Milford, CT) to clash with the Panthers in a Connecticut Technical test on Wednesday, October 2. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 6-2. Platt RVT won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Abbott RVT (Danbury, CT)

The Eagles now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bullard-Havens for a non-league test on Thursday, October 3.
