Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Triton Mustangs (Runnemede, NJ) and the visiting Highland Regional Tartans (Blackwood, NJ), saw Triton's soccer squad hold off Highland Regional by a count of 4-3.

The Mustangs (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ). The Pioneers enter the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Clearview was edged by Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Tartans confront the Kingsway Dragons (Woolwich Township, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, October 2. Highland Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Dragons enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Washington Township (Sewell, NJ).
