The Panthers (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Marsh Valley (Arimo, ID). The Eagles enter the 4A South East Idaho battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Marsh Valley tipped Teton (Driggs, ID), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Dragons battle the Aberdeen Tigers (Aberdeen, ID) in a 4A South East Idaho battle, on Wednesday, October 2. Malad will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 0-9 record after their 13-1 league loss to American Falls (American Falls, ID).
