In Monday's league outing, the host Upper Merion Area Vikings soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Pottstown Trojans.

The Vikings (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Villa Maria Academy (Malvern, PA). The Hurricanes go into the non-league outing with a 8-1 record. In their last outing, Villa Maria Academy prevailed over Merion Mercy Academy (Merion Station, PA), 7-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Pottsgrove Falcons (Pottsgrove, PA) in a Pioneer outing, on Thursday, October 3. Pottstown will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record.
