In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Ashley Screaming Eagle volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the South Brunswick Cougars.
The Screaming Eagle (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, West Brunswick lost by Laney (Wilmington, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars play the Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. South Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC).
