In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Kennedy Catholic Lancers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Tahoma Bears.
The Lancers (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA). The Ravens come into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Auburn Riverside was nudged by Kentridge (Kent, WA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bears meet the Stadium Tigers (Tacoma, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 2. Tahoma will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.
