The Crusaders (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Belleville East (Belleville, IL). The Lancers enter the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Belleville East notched a victory over Alton (Alton, IL), 4-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Knights battle the Maryville Christian Lions (Maryville, IL) in a Gateway Metro battle, on Tuesday, October 1. Metro-East Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record.
