Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Bath County moves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY) to clash with the Wildcats in a District 61 test on Thursday, October 3. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 3-6.

The Engineers now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Wolfe County for a District 54 test on Tuesday, October 1. Estill County will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Powell County (Stanton, KY). The Wolves record now stands at 5-7.
