Del Sol Dragons (Las Vegas, NV) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Cristo Rey St. Viator Royals (North Las Vegas, NV), 3-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Del Sol moves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Moapa Valley (Overton, NV) to meet the Pirates in a 3A Southern - Desert test on Thursday, October 10. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 2-13.
The Royals now sport a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon for a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. Cristo Rey St. Viator will meet a Pirate team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV). The Pirate record now stands at 2-9.
