In Monday's league outing, the visiting Saranac Lake Red Storm soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Lake Placid Bombers.

The Red Storm (3-5) will now prepare for their outing against Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY). The Bobcats go into the Northern outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Northern Adirondack got by Seton Catholic Central (Plattsburgh, NY), 4-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bombers confront the AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY) in a Northern outing, on Wednesday, October 2. Lake Placid will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Patriots go into the outing with a 0-5 record after their 5-1 league loss to Chazy (Chazy, NY).
