The Lakeview Wildcats soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Reed City Coyotes to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.

The Wildcats now hold a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Newaygo for a Freelance bout on Wednesday, October 2. Lakeview will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Grant (Grant, MI). The Lions record now stands at 5-9.

With the loss, Reed City moves to 0-12 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Buckley (Buckley, MI) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, October 4. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 3-13. Buckley lost 4-0 in their recent league bout against Suttons Bay (Suttons Bay, MI)
