In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the North Union Warriors.

The Golden Bears (4-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Forest City (Forest City, IA). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Forest City lost by Ames (Ames, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors play the Eagle Grove Eagles (Eagle Grove, IA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. North Union will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA).
