Fans at Monday's league contest between the Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA) and the visiting Boyertown Bears (Boyertown, PA), observed Spring-Ford's volleyball team hold off Boyertown by a count of 3-2.

The Rams (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Strath Haven was tipped by Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bears battle the Upper Merion Area Vikings (King of Prussia, PA) in a Pioneer contest, on Friday, October 4. Boyertown will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 18-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Methacton (Norristown, PA).
